Help me give my students a personalized art experience by providing them with their own sketch drawing kit, which has a beautiful professional book, a Sharpie, a drawing pencil, sketching pencil, sharpener and tool. Let's inspire.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The drawing art kit is ideal for high school art students because it provides everything they need to support their art exploration on paper. I want to transition our art class into a global art approach and not just paint because many of my students love Japanese culture, such as anime. Art supplies and paper will motivate students to practice the relaxing and colorful art form of origami. My students are special because they love art, and they love to have tactile experiences, as many students enjoy.
My goal is for students to learn about the ancient origami art form and the significance of certain designs in Japanese culture.
