Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As my school grows, so does my class sizes. In order to keep up with the educational standards and ensure all kids have a high-quality education, I must add one, two or up to 5 additional hands-on items to each unit. Projects such as the life cycle figurines, or an additional fiber optics wand, can get very costly, and my budget doesn't allow for these kinds of supplies.

Please help me to get supplies to update groups and allow me to ensure all students are getting the hands-on experiential learning they deserve.

When I put kids into groups and I only have 4 microscopes for 5 tables, I then have to spit one group and overcrowd the other groups. By adding one more kid friendly microscope, this will allow groups to remain small and more productive. By providing me with the supplies requested, I'll be able to continue making learning fun and meaningful for all students.
