Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love exploring the world of literacy. They enjoy all stories and being read to. Being able to create adapted books for them using this binding machine will give them even more freedom to interact with their favorite stories. It will benefit our special learners by giving them multimodal access to their favorite books. Not only will they be able to look at more pictures, but they will be able to interact with the book and even have them personalized for them with this binding machine.

My goal for this project is to be able to create a variety of adapted books that can help keep our diverse learners engaged.

My students are all special in their own way. Their unique learning makes it that much more interactive. This project will help me meet their unique learning in the world of literacy. A lot of my students benefit from having brighter pictures and less words in their books. That, along with interactive books, will continue to open up their world to books!
