This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students with special needs are having difficulty adjusting to their new norm of learning and still wearing masks and for most their first school experience.

My students and I have embarked in our learning journey in school!

I am committed to continuing to provide my students with the necessary tools they will need in their educational journey. My students see each other in school, some with masks and some without.

Our way of teaching has changed due to COVID-19. We have to continuously look for ways to reach our students on a daily basis. This hard been so hard on my preschool special education students and their families. My students love having fun and learning at the same time.

These materials will ensure equitable and inclusive creativity and social emotional education for all. These materials will be used in a daily learning basis. The batteries, command hooks, command strips, sticky notes, tote and cover will be used in our calming corner toys! From hanging our Reversible Sequins Wall Sensory and Sensory Mini Mats using the command hooks. To having the sticky notes to use fr drawing or sticking around the table. These materials such as the the tote and cover will be used o care for our materials the create calming materials and prizes. The possibilities are endless.
