Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting basic classroom supplies, such as markers, laptop case protector, graphic organizers, and other visual charts that will help my students succeed in class. I am requesting these supports being that they will be useful to have especially when working in specific content areas such as highlight during ELA, multiplying during math, and during writing. As a special education teacher, these resources will be useful in order to help my students.

Since my students have special needs, they require a variety of learning modalities in order for them to meet grade level standards.

If preparation is the key to success, think of the difference it can make for my children to have the classroom tools they need. Something so insignificant as as a marker or graphic organizer can have such a tremendous impact in a child’s success in the classroom and in life.
