My Project

Dear community members,

I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt request to support children facing a variety of communication disorders.

Your generosity can make a profound difference in their lives by providing crucial supplies that enhance their learning and development.

Communication disorders can pose significant challenges for these young ones, hindering their ability to express themselves and connect with others. Some students on my caseload do not communicate verbally and greatly benefit from a voice generated communication system such as the Ablenet Quick Talker. This device supports communication by providing students with a picture system to help them communicate their wants and needs. My students will also benefit from being able to carry their communication devices with them using straps that connect to their devices. Also, I use fun activities and games like Marble Run to engage my preschool students and increase their play skills and social language skills. By contributing to this cause, you're not just donating supplies; you're investing in the well-being and future of these children.

Your support can help us create an environment where they can thrive, fostering communication skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
