My lovely group of students is a very diverse bunch. Some are just beginning to start their career as little learners and some have been in school for one or two years already.
That is just the beginning of their differences.
Some may be wondering why my class size is so small. To answer that question, my students are in district 75, which is a specialized school district that tailors especially to special needs students. One key attribute is small class sizes. The maximum number of students in any district 75 class is twelve. This ensures that all of these kiddies get the individualized attention and instruction that they need to succeed.
Eventually, these little learners may move from a class of six to a class of eight or a class of twelve! The best way for this to happen is for them to be able to take advantage of all that I, and their support team, have to offer.
My Project
Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19 NYC schools will be taking a large hit to the budget for the 2020-2021 school year. We do not know exactly what that means as far as supplies for the children go, but I need to ensure my students have what they need to be successful learners.
I need your help.
Please make a small donation to my classroom so that I can continue providing excellent instruction to my students once we are back inside the school building.
I need to make sure we have a printer with enough ink, and laminating sheets with velcro to make fun and engaging materials, because my students are visual and hands on learners.
