Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every month in Spanish class my students learn about a Latin American artist. After researching and reading about the artist students have a free choice to recreate their favorite art piece about the artist. The second option is to use the artist's style for example students learned about Pablo Picasso and using Cubism students did their art form.

My students need art supplies to complete their own masterpieces.

I am requesting Sharpies for students to outline their final draft. The colored pencils and crayons are for students to color their masterpieces. Students also need glue sticks to glue the artists' copies of the original to their work. The stickers will be used by my students to decorate their Spanish composition notebooks.
