My Project

Michael Jordan states, "I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." My classroom is in need of a laptop to be used for projects on climate change. My students will be writing public service announcements about how kids can make a difference to protect the environment.

This school year, the NYC Public Schools believes, "Every child has one shot at an excellent education.

It's up to us to make sure they get it. Let's shape the next generation of New York's voices and minds. Let's transform dreamers to doers. Let's empower students in every neighborhood on their path to success as we pave the way for our Equity and Excellence for All initiative in computer science." Let's provide my students with the best possible resources such as a laptop so that they can strive to achieve their academic best in all areas as they prepare for college and careers. I am going to end my project proposal with this last quote by Helen Keller. Helen Keller states, "Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much."
