This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By supporting this project, our students will each have calming strips, and motivational strips that will allow them to have a quick moment to themselves for a mental reset. Throughout the day, they can use these quickly and quietly at their seat to help them recenter themselves and get back in the mindset of learning.
In addition, they will have a small group set of multiplication pop-its to enhance their learning.
The table top white board will allow for easier visibility of my small group lessons while we are working so the students aren’t missing a beat as we are working out problems together.
