My Project

Students want and need more than just essays. There is something powerful that happens when students are excited about creating something that they care about. This is what I've seen happen in my classroom when I have my students create podcasts to demonstrate their learning.

In order for students to understand how impactful their voices and ideas can be, they need microphones that let their voices be heard above everything else.

Students will use these microphones to create podcasts that demonstrate all they've learned while exploring different genres they wouldn't have chosen for themselves in an advanced reading class.
