Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are a bunch of little creative minds, and they are always eager to expand their creativity by using different materials. The Cricut cutter we received last year was a great addition to our classroom. The Cricut machine has empowered students to unleash their creativity by allowing them to bring their ideas to life. However, we now need more supplies to continue making fun projects and for students to continue enhancing their creativity and their learning.
With these supplies, my students will be creating educational posters, personalized Mother’s Day cards, collages and paper crafts among other projects.
These types of projects provide students with hands-on learning opportunities that engage multiple senses. But not only that, I will be also creating, literacy center, labels, and decoration for our classroom.
In our school there is not a fine arts class, by funding the supplies for our Cricut machine you will enhance my students’ opportunity to be creative, and to make real-life connections in a visual and tactile way.
