Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The primary objective of this project is to provide students with the necessary materials and opportunities to participate in effective group work, enabling them to thrive in cooperative learning settings. I envision integrating literature circles and group reading projects into our curriculum by acquiring sets of books and reading materials. These resources will enable students to engage in meaningful discussions, analyze texts collaboratively, and develop critical literacy skills as a cohesive group. Students will be able to use the large post-its to display their comprehension of assignments. Students enjoy using "fancy" paper to work on instead of their usual notebook paper.
