My students are doing more hands-on learning than ever before. The 3D pens have been a big hit, and I need to investigate even more 3D options. I came upon some free 3D files for a 3D printer, so some of my projects may lean towards that realm. \r\nThe printer has been a well-used tool for students to add pictures to their presentation posters and print off typed text. These learning posters allow students to demonstrate an area of expertise to share with their peers as well as parents during our gifted showcase. It has been so beneficial for students to learn proper ways to take on digital research. \r\nThe meter sticks allowed students to take mathematical concepts of area and perimeter and physically execute them with our school's garden beds. It was completely eye-opening to students to see the difference in measurements from their rectangles on paper to the real-life application. The US and World Map have been useful for students solving critical thinking tasks that ask about other states and countries. Many of the students who attend the school I work at have not been outside the city, let alone the state, so providing visuals about the world around them has been immensely helpful! \r\nThe generosity of the donors has been a blessing not only to my instruction but the ability to raise the bar of enrichment for our gifted students, who are generally the last on the list for any supplies. Mood and motivations is another way it impacts our classroom vibrant colors are often associated with positivity and energy, motivating students to participate more actively in their learning.\r\n\r\nStudents were very excited and eager to start using our new resources for the classroom. \r\n\r\nWe will be using our new resources for our up coming writing project.","fullyFundedDate":1734633206156,"projectUrl":"project/boosting-visual-appeal-in-presentations/8687023/","projectTitle":"Boosting Visual Appeal in Presentations with Astrobright Paper","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Padilla-Trujillo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9234863_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754618403420","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9234863"},{"teacherId":2323413,"projectId":8890447,"letterContent":"Thank you very much for supporting my classes by providing them with access to micro:bits.
