Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the document camera, students gain a front-row seat to the real-time demonstrations and explanations, fostering deeper comprehension and engagement. By projecting my work, whether it's solving math problems or analyzing literature, students can follow along closely and even replicate the processes on their own work, reinforcing key concepts through active participation.

My goal with this project is to create an inclusive and dynamic learning space where every student feels supported, engaged, and inspired to reach their full potential.

By providing access to these essential tools, I aim to level the playing field and bridge the gap between students' diverse backgrounds and learning needs.

The addition of a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse set and a rolling standing desk enhances flexibility in the classroom, offering students the choice to work comfortably while standing or sitting. With these tools, I can guide students through digital activities, collaborative projects with greater efficiency.

What makes my students particularly special is their resilience and determination to succeed despite the challenges they face. As our school is in a low income district, most of the student population is diverse and has individualized learning needs. However, they exhibit remarkable perseverance, curiosity, and creativity.
