My Project

I am looking to build a classroom library for my ESOL classroom. My students come from all over the world and are just beginning to learn English. I want to provide them with literacy in their home language so they are able to continue growing in that language as well as learn English.

My goal is to celebrate my students' home language and show them the importance of being bilingual.

I hope to continue to build a love of reading in my students, regardless of what language they speak at home. Providing them with books in their home language will show my students that learning in power in any language. Any help with making this a reality would be greatly appreciated!
