Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach students that have just come to our country. They speak many different languages and are just learning English. Many come with little to no supplies.
We know that all students need supplies to help them learn but especially this population of students.
I want my students to have the same opportunities as all the students.
My students need crayons and glue to enhance the learning opportunities. We need a laminator and pouches so we can easily reuse our materials and save items to be reused. The dry erase board will be used for math and writing exercises. The crayons and other art supplies will help my students learn.
