My Project

As a reading teacher, I have several older students that I have been working with for several years. They have done an awesome job at improving their reading and mastering their phonics skills. They are now at a point where I would like to focus with them on skills such as vocabulary, figures of speech, context clues, multiple meanings and idioms to help them better understand our sometimes confusing English Language!

The items in this project are fun ways to dive into the meaning of language with my students!

I want the kids to be excited about reading and language. By helping them understand some of the subtle meanings of phrases they encounter can help them improve their comprehension! By working with each student using these materials I can improve their knowledge. Because "Two heads are better than one"! Thank you so much for your support and consideration!
