Help me give my students fun and enjoyable math tools for engagement and reinforcement!

My Project

These items will help to engage the class with fun manipulatives. The students enjoy using their hands and different items to learn/practice math. When centers happen, the students are excited when they can use what they are learning to with different objects to get them up out of their seat or to use pointers to cards. In this order, there are measurement cards because the students are going to be learning about measurement, so having the cards will reinforce their learning. The same as with the other items.

The magnetic base ten blocks will help me because the students will be able to make the number on the board for all to see instead of fidgeting with the projector or trying to draw it.

The students will also be able to use them during a center to show numbers and they enjoy sticking magnets to things to show their work.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
