My Project

I am so excited and honored to teach Special Education again this year! I serve students with IEPs in kindergarten through fifth grade. My student's needs range from specific learning disabilities to behavioral needs. While my students have a wide range of knowledge and skills they all have one thing in common - they love coming into a safe environment where they are learning on their individual level. Their willingness to try hard things and persevere brings pure joy to my heart.

The MOST rewarding part of my job is watching my students experience SUCCESS!!

I teach students in kindergarten- fight grade. I spend a great deal of time creating customized lessons to meet all of their individual IEP goals in both Math and Reading. Teachers Pay Teachers is an amazing website full of lessons that are subject-based, age-appropriate, current, relevant, and engaging for students. ! These gift cards will give me access to thousands of highly engaging lessons to support my Special Education students in Math and Reading. These lessons will allow me to provide fun, instructional games in math and phonics. They will also allow me to provide specific instruction in reading comprehension and problem-solving All of these lessons will be used in my resource classroom to help my students master their IEP goals. I can also use the lamination to help me laminate all of my centers that I have purchased off of Teacher Pay Teacher.
