My Project

The first grade students in my classroom have begun their journey into a love for reading. They have found such delight in Mo Willems and all the Piggy and Gerald's adventures. I would love to foster their excitement with more books in the genre!

With your donation, my students will continue to build their love of reading with Pigeon and Piggy and Gerald books.

They have laughed along with these characters during our read alouds and are now willing and able to read them by themselves during their independent reading time!

I hope to have as many books in our class library that foster their love of reading and encourage them to use the skills we are learning on our language arts class. Thank you for your consideration!
