This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders are the most extraordinary students ever! Not only are they inquisitive and eager to learn, they are kind, caring, and socially aware.

This technology, Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet, will increase their ability to be successful.

It will give them access to new strategies in both literacy and math, raise their academic achievement, and build their confidence.

Technology in the classroom is essential in the 21st century to engage young students in a meaningful and relevant way, and to ensure they have the necessary skills to be successful throughout their academic careers.
