This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are an amazing group of kids who are eager to learn.

I love their thirst for knowledge, and teaching them brings me so much joy. My hope for my class is to provide them with as many exciting, hands-on, and real-world opportunities as possible. They are hard-working and interested in learning. They live in an economically disadvantaged community with limited resources. My goal every day is to remind my students that they are loved, cared for, intelligent, and very capable!

My Project

Now more than ever, we need creative engaging lessons that will motivate students during these uncertain times. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will allow me to purchase digital resources and lessons for all academic areas that will enhance curriculum while supporting the teachers who work so hard to develop these resources.

In addition, I am requesting pop-it toys and art supplies for my students to help ease some of the anxiety returning to school has created.

My students have a variety of needs and the TpT card, pop-it toys, and art supplies are invaluable in creating an engaging environment for my students.
