My Students

I work in a low income school where materials and resources aren't always available. In my class, I have 21 of my own students and another 15 that I teach reading to.

This is the teaching experience of a LIFETIME!

21st century education is all about engagement, movement, technology and bringing learning to life! That's exactly what I want to be able to do, bring learning to life for each and every one of my students.

I sing and dance with my students and try to include hands on activities, but learning new ways to meet them is something I'm always looking for.

My Project

Your donation will help me learn new strategies and ideas and bring them back to my classroom. I am fortunate to work in a very forward thinking division and our goal is to bring learning to life for our students. Some of the best educators in the United States come together for this conference to deliver content that I can immediately bring back to my own students. I want my students to leave my classroom everyday having enjoyed their learning experience. This conference will allow me to meet more of my students various learning styles and needs with engaging, fun and interactive lessons!
