This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The “End of Year Incentives for Students” project is designed to recognize and celebrate the dedication, growth, and perseverance of 8th grade students as they complete an important chapter of their academic journey. This initiative honors not only their academic achievements but also their resilience, effort, and commitment throughout the school year.

As students prepare to transition to high school, this project serves as a meaningful way to reward their hard work and create lasting positive memories.

A key part of the celebration is 8th Grade Week, a series of fun and engaging activities that allow students to relax, connect with their peers, and reflect on their accomplishments.

Donations of snacks and refreshments will play an essential role in making this celebration special. These contributions will help provide enjoyable treats for students during the week’s activities, creating a festive and supportive atmosphere. More than just snacks, these donations represent encouragement, recognition, and community support for students as they take their next big step.

Overall, the project aims to send off 8th graders with a sense of pride, motivation, and excitement for the opportunities ahead in high school.
