Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I would love to create Celebration Kits for all my students filled with fun treats that will occupy their minds, activate their creativity and allow them to relax and re-energize during the summer break.

The goal is to end this school year with fun and positive memories as they transition to the next school year!

An example of what I will put in their celebration kits is the popular Pop It fidget electronic game. This will provide hours of entertainment, improve memory, hand-eye coordination and relieve stress. In addition, the collection of treats will be stored in reusable plastic bags.

My students have been amazing this school year. I have enjoyed watching them grow academically and socially. They all have worked incredibly hard to obtain academic growth in reading and math. My students deserve a fun reward for their efforts and their commitment to academic success for this school year!
