End of the Year STEM Read Alouds

My Students

This year, the children in my class are compassionate, eager to learn, quick to listen, and all and all, one of the best classes I have ever had.

With little to no complaints during this strange school year, they deserve the best!

My Project

We want to have an amazing last month of school, so we are already preparing for May! We need these four Read Aloud Books; "Last Day Blues," "If I Built A House," "Everything You Need for a Treehouse," and "Mr. Ferris and His Wheel." After reading each book, we will complete a STEM challenge.

From creating a cereal box memory book, engineering and amazing treehouse, practicing Geometry with 3D shapes, to making their own Ferris Wheel, my class will have a blast using their engineering skills for these challenges.
