These items will provide so much excitement as we near the end of the school year. Students have been working all year on various academic challenges. The first was a reading challenge in which students had to read a variety of books that met certain requirements, such as a book with more than 400 pages. The next was a science challenge, which required students to learn about and memorize scientific concepts, like the parts of the human brain. Finally, students have been saving up tickets that they earn for excellent behavior.
My class has been working so hard in the area they felt most drawn to, and I cannot wait to reward their efforts.
All of these items will be used for students to choose as prizes before summer. Most of them will keep students' minds busy, even when not in school.
