Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My energetic second graders come to school each day eager to explore, create, and collaborate. They thrive when learning is interactive and tailored to their unique needs. However, limited access to modern technology can make it challenging for all students to fully engage with dynamic digital learning tools during independent work and small-group stations.

Having three Lenovo tablets equipped with stylus pens in our classroom will completely transform our daily learning environment.

These devices will allow students to practice foundational literacy and math skills through interactive apps, sketch and illustrate their ideas during creative writing tasks, and collaborate on project-based learning activities. The included stylus pens will help our young learners refine their fine motor skills and letter formation while interacting digitally. Your generous support will provide my students with the modern tools they need to stay motivated, build essential digital literacy skills, and take active ownership of their education!
