Empowering Learners With Tools To Thrive

Help me give my students Aussie Pouch chair pockets, Barks classroom headphones with microphones, and heavy-duty organization folders.

My Project

When my third graders walk into our classroom, I want them to feel one thing immediately: “I have everything I need to succeed!” Our diverse Title I school serves students with many different strengths, backgrounds, and learning needs. Every child deserves to feel prepared, confident, included, and proud.

With these resources, my diverse group of learners can spend less time searching for materials and managing distractions and more time reading, growing, and discovering what they are capable of!

Our classroom desks do not have built-in cubbies or storage, making it difficult for students to keep materials organized and within reach. Aussie Pouch chair pockets will give each student an accessible place to store books, notebooks, and daily supplies. Students will be able to quickly find what they need, begin working, and transition between activities. Heavy-duty folders will protect important papers, organize assignments, and strengthen communication between school and home. Together, these materials will help students manage their belongings, develop independence, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Classroom headphones will help students hear directions clearly and concentrate during individualized reading lessons, literacy interventions, assessments, research, and digital projects. The built-in microphones will support students as they practice reading aloud, record responses, and strengthen speaking and reading fluency. Dependable headphones are especially valuable when students are completing different activities because they reduce distractions and allow each child to learn at an appropriate pace.

My goal is to create an organized, equitable, and welcoming classroom where everyday challenges do not interfere with learning. These materials will support smoother transitions, protect instructional time, and give students the confidence to work independently. Your donation will provide more than supplies—it will give my third graders the tools they need to feel capable, take pride in their learning, and experience lasting success throughout the school year!
