it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our Adult Transition Program focuses on teaching essential life skills, fostering independence, and preparing our students for the future.
Our students are incredible individuals who work hard to develop skills in employment, daily living, and social interactions.
They thrive when given hands-on experiences that reinforce real-world skills and build confidence.
To support our students' learning and engagement, we seek basic school supplies such as notebooks, pencils, markers, binders, and sticky notes. These essential materials will allow our students to stay organized and participate fully in their educational and vocational training activities.
In addition, we are requesting an HP Sprocket Portable Color Wireless Mobile Printer to provide our students with a unique opportunity to print and display the photos they take as part of our program. Our students capture meaningful moments in their work-based learning experiences, community outings, and classroom projects. With this printer, they can create personal portfolios, document their growth, and enhance their learning in a visually engaging way.
This will help our students develop responsibility, creativity, and organizational skills. Having access to these resources will enhance their ability to document and reflect on their progress while making their learning experience more engaging and interactive.
