Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is designed to support students with autism and significant needs through hands-on, interactive learning. By providing materials such as Boom Cards for engaging digital activities, touch-and-interact boards, laminating sheets for reusable visual aids, and a sensory table, the project aims to create a multi-sensory learning environment.
The focus is to help students build essential communication skills, expand their play abilities, and foster meaningful engagement.
Hands-on activities encourage exploration and learning in a way that aligns with each student’s unique needs, helping to enhance focus and participation while making learning both accessible and enjoyable.
This initiative is rooted in the belief that all students can thrive when provided with the right tools and opportunities for interactive and purposeful learning.
