This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I support a beautifully culturally diverse school where we emerase in all different languages. With such a diverse school we need books and materials to support all our students. We have many students who are in need of snacks throughout the day therefore having healthy options such as trail mix and fruit snacks available can help our students. The books in Spanish will now be able to support our Spanish speaking classrooms. Currently we have 95% of students receiving free or low cost meals. We are building a safe environment for our students is my top priority.
