Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
ELC has Arizona's future engineers and I believe that Valle Del Encanto Learning Center has the potential to prepare them. As a teacher in a low-income and Title I School I believe we need to expose students to think like engineers, so they can solve any task they ever come across. I see our future in them.
Despite the many challenges they may come upon, school should be a place for them to create meaningful learning experiences that will last a lifetime.

We are eager to create a MAKERSPACE that provides students with hands-on, creative ways to encourage students' to design, experiment, build, and invent as they are engaged in engineering. Please invest in Arizona's future. Your contribution will help students prepare to become future engineers.
Our students will use these materials to explore their ability through building, creating, and innovating their designs using the Engineering Process.
We need your help to create our engineering MAKERSPACE so students can share supplies, skills, ideas, and collaborate while building. The MAKERSPACE at Valle Del Encanto will attract diverse learners to discover the engineer in them.
