Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

High Hispanic population, combined with low income Title I school. We are transitioning back from online learning into the real world classroom. There are gaps in learning due to being virtual for the last two years and things such as basic supplies like, pencils, paper, and highlighters are necessary for ELAR to be successful.

My Project

Things such as highlighters, pencils, and colored pencils will help students be able to annotate and identify concepts in text while we are working towards STAAR.

Within a few days of working on one assignment the need for these items has been great and the only options are myself or my students having to provide these for class.

The paper cutter is used to cut for foldable's that we use in our interactive notebooks which we utilize like a reference material throughout the year and grow along with our students.
