My Project

The campaign to raise funds for books to support our leadership program in the high school Band Program is instrumental in enhancing learning outcomes and fostering personal growth among our students. By incorporating the resources "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens," and its Workbook, we aim to equip our students with essential skills and principles that will shape them into effective leaders and responsible citizens. These books serve as practical guides for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making, providing frameworks that students can apply both within and beyond the classroom.

The overarching goal of this project is to empower our students to reach their full potential and thrive in various aspects of their lives through Leadership in Band as their vehicle to do so.

Through the integration of these books into our curriculum, we seek to cultivate a culture of leadership, resilience, and empathy within our band program. Our students will not only develop essential skills such as self-awareness, self-management, and personal responsibility but also foster a strong sense of character, grit, and perseverance.

What sets our students apart is their passion for excellence and their commitment to continuous growth. They possess a unique combination of talent, dedication, and resilience that makes them exceptional individuals and leaders within our community. By providing them with the resources and support they need to cultivate their skills and virtues, we are investing in the future success of our students and empowering them to make a positive impact in the world around them.
