I need funds to provide me the opportunity to attend the NATIONAL STAFF DEVELOPMENT FOR EDUCATORS CONFERENCE.

I am a dedicated, passionate third grade teacher! I was fortunate this year to be placed at a rural and diverse school. Despite some of their personal adversity, I have the most nicest, the brightest, the most talented, the best behaved, the hardest working, the funniest, the most caring, the most outgoing, and all those students in between in my class.
They have all helped me grow to become the teacher that I am today--and I thank them every day for that.
I love what I do and I do what I love: educating young minds to be productive, compassionate, creative, disciplined, cooperative, responsible, motivated, and happy individuals!
I am requesting the opportunity to attend a professional development conference in the area of differentiated instruction. Differentiated instruction is the practice of adjusting your teaching to meet the needs of different individual students or groups of students. I am confident that this four-day conference will provide me with valuable information that I will be able to take back with me to improve my teaching strategies. My students will definitely benefit for the knowledge I will attain from this conference and I will be able to create activities that best support the learning of each student in my classroom using the information I learn for years to come.
The knowledge gained from this unique experience will directly impact the success of my students.
This conference will allow me to add to my toolbox of strategies for differentiating content. Your generous donation will directly impact my students. Thanks in advance.
