My Project
While the main focus of this project is to add and enhance the art center in my ECSE classroom, these items will be used for so much more! We are artists everyday in school and we are constantly using a variety of supplies to create with and in a numerous areas around the classroom. Some of our art projects big and messy, while others are calm, quiet, and completed individually. Some times we draw at the table, but often we are laying or sitting on the carpet, at the art easel, by the window, outside, on the playground, or in other centers. We also learn to create art in all areas of the classroom. By using puzzle pieces to trace or as examples for our illustrations and flashlights or magnifying glasses to look at details or make comparisons. The possibilities are endless in ECSE when in comes to being an artist no matter for ability!
