This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the help of donors, I will be able to give my students supplies to end our year in the most engaging way possible. We have been learning about plants throughout this year, which will make the perfect connection to Earth Day. This year I have many newcomers from outside of the United States and I want to show them how incredible and exciting STEM can be.

If each of my students gets their very own terrarium, book, and notebook, they will be so excited!

With your help, they can set up their own, cute terrarium, learn how to take care of it, and then take it home for the summer. The tools they gain will help them learn how to care for our planet, one small step at a time.
