Earth Day is coming up soon! Together we can change the world! Our class enjoys celebrations and learning new things! My students discuss how we can improve our world and how to make a difference in our community.
"Working together to make our world a better place" celebration would be a fun way to stress the importance of "being green"!
My students are always thinking of new ways to contribute to their community. These new books about the environment and ecology would be a wonderful addition to our classroom library. Of course, new fun stickers, pens, and globe stress balls would add to the excitement. We don't get many opportunities to celebrate together. Having these fun items would make the day special. My fourth graders are preparing to leave our elementary school and head to middle school. I try to make their last year at our school special with memorable activities as well as learning new information. I hope you can contribute to this themed activity!
