My Project
Earth Day lab activities can be one of the most effective ways to show children how global warming works on an accessible scale. I want to provide my students with a learning lab for Earth Day and climate change activities. Having the blow-up tent, drone, and other materials will be the start of something new and powerful on our campus.
This outdoor space would help meet not only our direct students' needs but also the need for community engagement while building students’ science skills.
What a great idea modeling community engagement, and empowering the next generation of earth scientists at the same time.
