My Students

My students strive to be resilient, respectful, kind, responsible and safe.

We all work together to make the classroom and school an awesome place to be and to learn.

My students and their families are striving to deal with COVID and the many, many challenges that have come with it. They come from all sorts of backgrounds, and many of them were struggling financially before the pandemic came along.

My Project

During these times, it is necessary to have the materials needed to learn either in the classroom or at home. Being able to use technology correctly as a learning tool is essential and will create a foundation for future student learning. Students also need to be able to communicate their needs and share their ideas with the teacher and their classmates.

I am requesting headphones to allow students to use technology at their pace with fewer distractions as we work on our Chromebooks and small class whiteboards so students can communicate their understanding to others quickly.
