Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
First grade and kindergarten are foundation years for math.This is where they develop identities as math learners. Number sense, addition, subtraction and geometry are the main areas of mathematics for young learners. Geometry is often not prioritized,
It's time to prioritize geometry for our youngest learners.
These materials will give my students the opportunity to explore and be creative with geometry. Geometry learners need to have hands- on experiences that will develop understanding. Being a flexible and creative problem solvers are indicators for academic success. Thank you for considering my students.
