This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Funding for this project is essential in supporting our special education team by providing the necessary materials to effectively use the AEPS (Assessment, Evaluation, and Programming System) for young children. With proper funding, we can access the complete AEPS kit, which includes all the tools we need to assess and monitor the developmental progress of our students.

These resources enable us to create tailored intervention plans that address each student's unique needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate support for their growth and development.

This will also strengthen my collaboration with other team members, as we analyze assessment data together to ensure that our strategies are effective and individualized.

Professionally, this project will help me grow by enhancing my skills in using assessment systems like the AEPS to guide instruction and improve my ability to identify developmental milestones and design targeted learning experiences.

My students will benefit significantly from the application of these assessment tools in the classroom. With access to the AEPS materials, I can ensure that their progress is tracked accurately, allowing for timely and responsive interventions. This will provide each student with personalized learning opportunities that promote their developmental growth and success.
