Room 10 is an exciting place to learn! My students are encouraged to explore, discover, and move. As we continue to venture down the path to virtual learning, my students are not just learning content but also how to use lots of new technology.
I work at a Title I school where all students receive free breakfast and lunch.
Many of my students come from low socio-economic households.
My Project
I have put this together because each student will need their own headset/earbud to use at school. Sharing is not going to be an option this year. We are starting on day one with introducing on-line schooling sites such as Google Classroom so that students can get comfortable with them while still in the school environment. They will need headsets to hear any audio lessons or videos within a lesson. Students will work at their own pace and be listening to what pertains to their individual learning. There is a big possibility that we will go virtual and I want my students not to have to stress about that part of their learning year.
These headsets and earbuds will ensure that all students will have what they need to be successful this school year.
If we go virtual, they will not have to worry about the technology aspect.
