My Project

The Dry Erase Table is the perfect format for my students to collaborate to solve math applications and brainstorm ideas. My students are visual learners who think outside of the box. They like to share ideas and make projects come to fruition. Math application is difficult for some of my students. They need to visualize the question in order to find the solution. It's helpful to have a variety of abilities working together so they can share their ideas cooperatively. My students think differently than many students due to their ability to visualize things in different ways. A benefit of having students on the Autism Spectrum is the ability to see things differently....including solutions. Many times they arrive at a solution in a different way than most people see things.
