This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our Title I elementary school has hard-working and eager-to-learn students who come to school with a willingness to try their best even though life has not been easy for some. These students and their families show up with a mindset that even when something is very challenging, it's worth a shot.

The bottom line is that our students love to use EXPO markers!

But the problem is, we run out...a lot. We use them every day on whiteboards, desks, tabletops, and other creative forms for all subjects. We are in constant need of dry erase markers. :)

My Project

Our team of fourth grade students loves using dry erase markers to solve problems. They write on their personalized whiteboards, on their desktops, and on small group tabletops. In addition to this consistent daily use, the homeroom teachers, ESOL teachers, special education teachers, and paraprofessionals that work in our rooms daily use dry erase markers for instruction.

Long story short, we run out of them fast!

Our team shares supplies and usually have plenty of what we need but dry erase markers are a hot commodity that we can never use enough!
