My Project

For students learning to appreciate music and music-making, the Remo Tubano Drums create an immersive, enjoyable, and motivating experience. The students attend music enrichment once a week and the more special I can make the experience, the more they will gain from the benefits of music.

Our students are all special needs students and require a little extra care and attention.

To ensure the students have opportunities to completely engage in music-making, these drums will be used in the weekly music lesson and be a motivating factor for musical expression.

Currently the drums that we have are 15-20 years old, are broken, and do not sit level on the floor. These are the primary instruments for special needs music students who are in dire need.
