This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My k-5 students are persistent, respectful, inquisitive, determined, and engaged in their music education. These Tubano drums will help them improve their musical skills, keep them entertained while learning, and get them excited about music in both school and their every day lives. Having a hands on experience enables students to enjoy their learning and have memorable experiences to share with their peers. Students will learn to read and play rhythms, play musical games, and can even compose their own masterpieces through the use of these instruments. They will love marching to the beat of their own drum!
