This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am the supporting teacher for our new drone elective course and love our student's passion for learning! They love technology! They look forward to our class daily because they learn about robotics, coding, programming, and drones. We teach using
Real-World Applications: Each activity is designed with real-life applications in mind, encouraging students to apply STEM and CTE skills as they will in the future.
Independent Exploration: Students navigate through activities with visual cues, checkpoints, and hands-on tasks, fostering autonomy and critical thinking.
Team Collaboration: Emphasizing teamwork, the activities mirror real-world drone operations, enhancing communication and problem-solving skills. This year our program has grown, and we do not have enough drones.
